Getting Started
Follow these 5 steps to connect SSP Printer Management to your restaurant.
Install and launch SSP Printer Manager
Download and install the app for your platform. On first launch, accept the license agreement. You will see your unique App ID and the status Offline — click Register App to begin registration.
Generate a passcode in SSP Manager
In SSP Manager, go to Settings → Printers and click Generate Passcode. A unique 6-character code will be created and copied to your clipboard.
Paste the passcode into SSP Printer Manager
Back in SSP Printer Manager, paste the 6-character passcode into the Enter Registration Code dialog and click Register. The app will connect to your restaurant account and automatically discover all printers on your network.
App is connected and live
SSP Printer Manager will display Connected and the Activity Log will confirm Printer registration success! and App Running… The service is now active and listening for print jobs.
Assign printers in SSP Manager
SSP Manager will now display the full list of discovered printers with their status and specs. Use Add Printer Job to associate each printer with the appropriate print job type (receipt, kitchen ticket, etc.).
